New Year~New You!





I wanted to invite you to join us in January for our new year sessions.
We have a few options starting in January:
6-Week Intro to Belly Dance (starts January 10) Thursdays 7pm ($75 or class card)
3-Week Pure Beginners Session (starts January 12) Saturdays 11:30am ($50 or class card)
Both of these are great for beginners and new students. If you have a class card, you can use your card to attend both.

We also have a 6-week Zills and Drills Intensive on Saturdays at 10:30am (starts January 12) *zills required
  • REGISTRATION FEE: $25 (includes your zills) This fee is waived if you already have zills 
  • SESSION COST: $75 (or class card) 
Don't forget, with a class card you can attend/drop-in to any class/session offered, class cards are as follows:

4 classes $60
6 classes $80
10 classes $100
20 classes $175

Come parade with us!!!! You have two options when parading with us...  1. Join as an official  Shimmy Shakti Goddess Krewe Member (march/dance). Shimmy Shakti Goddesses are belly dancing members of our krewe.   Studio class attendance required You will learn belly dance basics and combos for the parades Park marching practice required Isis Wings Required for Mardi Gras Parade Full class schedule below Guest/Visiting Belly Dancers/Troupes can join as Habibis! (No class required- Isis wings optional) 2. Join as a support member. 2024 New Session Registration Details are Below We take a  Winter Holiday and Mardi Gras Break  and return to our sessions after Mardi Gras. However,  Before our intensives begin, we have two workshops and Drop in Classes available for you to check out! Our new sessions start in March.  Space fills up quickly.
