3-Week Pure Beginners Belly Dance Session

Session Details:
  • Week 1: Basic 12
  • Week 2: Isolations
  • Week 3: Layering
This session is a gentle way to be introduced to the Art of Belly Dance. Students are encouraged to take Intro to Belly Dance on Thursdays in conjunction with this session and/or enjoy the 6-Week Belly Dance Intensive following this session in February.

Class Breakdown:
  • Warm up ~10 mins
  • Technique ~20 mins
  • Combos ~10 mins
  • Cooldown ~10 minutes

Check-in begins at 11:30am and class instruction begins at 11:40am

Nola Spaces- 1719 Toledano St. (Studio 1)

Attire:
Stretch pants, fitted tank top, yoga attire is ideal, anything that allows a full range of motion. You can bring your own scarf or borrow one from us.

Recommended:
Yoga Mat for cool down. We end class with a 10-minute cooldown, a yoga mat is highly recommended!

3-week Intro to Belly Dance $75 (or class card)
Space is limited and you must Pre-Register.
Session registration will close when we reach capacity.

PLEASE NOTE:

New and Current students with a class card may use their class card to register. However, you MUST have enough class card punches available to cover the number of classes in each session to confirm your registration. No Drop-ins available.
