As your teacher and troupe director know that I would not want you to go on stage feeling the way you do today, you will get there, have fun in the process... everything will be beautiful!! Share your excitement- let friends and family know to save the date! Do you know someone that would like to help as Production Assistant, Check in, and Stage Manager on the date of the show? (small stipend for time offered) 6 Weeks before (Week of 10/3): Look for costume and coverup options and narrow down your choices/lock down a budget to help with decision making Send a message to close family and friends who you know will wa

Happy New Year, lovelies! I wanted to share everything you'll need to know for our upcoming session. To make it easy to read and for me to ensure I am thorough, I will just bullet the thoughts and tips I have for you below: Arrive on time but don't stress or become anxious if you are a little late. Safety is priority- drive safe, don't worry about messaging to let me know you are running late. Take your time, arrive safely, and slip into our class and your practice with peaceful energy. This is the reason for the extended time in our class- since there is no transition time between classes. We have a full 1.5 hour to be together. The first 5 minutes will be dedicated to just arriving in the space, settling in the room, and finding your spot, etc. Then, we will gently open our practice and start our class
