When you arrive, you won't need your items for the energy clearing/meditation. If possible please leave these items stored in your car until after our lunch break. 10:30am-12:30pm Morning Session STUDIO 1 (2ND FLOOR)  Please report to 2nd floor of the studio, we will start the retreat in Studio 1 (for the morning session). This studio has the best mirrors and will work great for the technique portion of our retreat. 10:30am-12pm: Belly Dance Essentials 12pm-12:30pm: Lunch- We will have a short lunch break. I recommend packing a light lunch to bring and any snacks you may want. There won't be much time so to leave for lunch- but if necessary, Fresh Market is right across St. Charles.  12:30pm-3:30pm Afternoon Session (Darbuka Explosion | Closing Meditation) STUDIO 4 (DOWNSTAIRS) We will hold the afternoon session downstairs in the large studio space.  After lunch, we will move down to Studio 4.
