See you Thursday!
Can't wait to see you on Thursday, here are some details and FAQ:
- Important Announcement:
- First Class-ONLY (Thursday, August 11). Class will be from 7pm-8pm (not 8:30pm).
- All remaining classes (8/18-9/29) are from 7pm-8:30pm.
- What to wear?
- Anything that allows a full range of motion. Yoga attire or tank top and stretch leggings work great.
- What to bring?
- WATER
- Belly Dance Bag- Optional:
- Notebook and pen
- Bring your own scarf or borrow one from me
- Yoga mat for our extended cooldown
- Starting on Thursday, August 25, we will start using zills/sagat. These are optional- not required. We will talk more about this next week, no worries! You can purchase them from me or you can purchase your own to bring to class, IF you want- not required.
- Songs to fall in love with this session:
- We will be working with three main songs- here are the songs and links so you can listen to them. We will focus on Egyptian Oriental Fusion
- Ya Nour El Ein (feat. French Montana & Maya Diab)
- Zeina (Tres Mundos)

If any of this makes you nervous- don't be nervous. It'll be super fun! We have lots of amazing beings in our class and several true beginners, and we are starting with brand new material :)
