Belly Dance Boot Camp

So excited to begin our 2018 classes and Belly Dance Boot Camp this week. I have the following lovelies registered for this session: Shannon Ana Tanja Heather S Andrea Kylwanna Crystal Adelle Scynder Myrtle-Rose Irene Jess Also, I have automatically registered all 2017 students and troupe members with 4 or more class credits on their class card for the upcoming session. Wondering what to expect in our New Year Belly Dance Boot Camp classes? If you're like me, I like to be prepared (at least mentally) for what's coming so I can feel more confident with my participation. I thought I would share for those of you who are like me :) Here's a brief description of what you can expect this boot camp Check in: I recommend arriving 5 minutes before class to check in Arrive  ( 2 minutes ) : We start class with a brief moment to pause from the day and "arrive" in the space, as well as set an intention for class. Warm Up/Conditioning ( 10 minutes ):  For our belly dance boot camp, we expand our warm up to include a more intense core workout. We will invite movement into our body, increase circulation and flexibility through stretching exercises, tone and condition incorporating elements of yoga and pilates as well as dance strengthening exercises ( Thursdays we will focus on abdominals, lower back muscles, pelvic floor, inner an...
